This policy explains what information Tyler Barndominiums collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Tyler Barndominiums is operated by Northpine Local. We are an independent referral service and do not perform construction work.
What we collect
When you submit the quote request form, we collect the information you enter:
- Your name, phone number, and email address (email is optional)
- The ZIP code of your project
- The type of service you select and any project details you write in the message box
- The page you submitted the form from, and your consent choice
Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps. We use them to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
- To pass your request to independent local providers relevant to your project and location, so they can contact you with quotes.
- To respond to you if you contact us, and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Who we share it with
With your consent on the form, we share your request with providers relevant to your job. These providers are independent businesses and may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. They are responsible for how they handle your information once they have it, so you can ask them directly about their practices.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. We may also share information when required by law, or with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and email), under appropriate confidentiality terms.
How we protect it
We store form submissions securely and limit access to people who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep request information only as long as we need it to operate the service, handle follow-up questions, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@tylerbarndominiums.com from the address or include the phone number you used on the form so we can find your request. We will respond within a reasonable time. If a provider has already received your request, we can ask them to delete it too, but we cannot control what they have done with it.
If a provider contacts you and you do not want further contact, tell them directly.
